For the launch of the My Place program, a unique ballot process was used for all projects.  For future My Place releases, some projects will use the ballot process, however most projects will be use the new priority process.

To buy a My Place home, you should:

• confirm you meet the eligibility criteria
• check if when the next My Place release is happening in your prefered projects
• visit or contact our Sales Offices for more information. 
• be prepared to complete a My Place Nomination Pack.
