Am I eligible to nominate for My Place?

To be eligible to buy a My Place home, households must meet the follow criteria:

• Household income (excluding minors) of less than $105,000 gross, including taxable government benefits (limit is subject to change in line with the EDQ housing strategy)
• Intention to reside in the dwelling for 12-months or greater on completion as an owner occupier
• Finance pre-approval from a financial institution
• Applicants must be over 18 years of age.

Why do I need to register my interest in the My Place Program?

Registering your interest in My Place program will ensure you are kept up to date with information about the program and keep you informed about key dates, events and the process to take you once step closer to owning your own home.

Is registering for the My Place Program the same as nominating?

Registering for the My Place program is not the same as nominating for the program.  EDQ will be informing interested parties when they will be able to nominate for the Ballot process and details on local information sessions.
