What is the price range for house and land packages?

My Place homes target prices from $250,000 to $360,000 for a range of 1 to 3 bedroom homes.

How many house and land packages are available in the My Place Program?

The number of home available through the My Place program will vary per release. Visit the participating projects to see how many homes are available in the current My Place release

How am I able to find out what My Place blocks are available? Will this be available for applicants to see on the website?

As package details become available they will be published on the My Place website. Details will also be available at the information sessions held locally within participating projects.

Do I get to choose my own house design?

Successful nominees are able to choose from the range of house designs that the builder partners present for selection only.  They are allowed to choose from the selection of designs, but do have to keep in mind not all designs can be built on every lot size available through the My Place program.

Do I get to choose my own builder?

Applicants are able to select from the builder partners available through the My Place program. The information sessions will provide an opportunity to learn more about these builders and give you an opportunity to discuss your options and what the builders can offer you within budget.

How many different designs will there be to choose from?

The range will vary per project, but a variety of different homes on a range of lot sizes or community title will be available.

Will each design have a different interior/ exterior look to the other places being developed within the same area?

Different interiors and exteriors will impact on the cost of the overall build of the home. To understand your full range of options it is recommended you attend an information session to discuss your options with the builder partners.

Given the selection of the designs applicants have a choice of; can there be any alterations and modifications to the designs available through the selected builders?
